Chicken Balls


Ingredients :

• 1 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 chopped small Onion
• 450 gm Chicken keema or ground
• 2 slice milk soaked Bread
• 50 gm grated Cheddar cheese(optional)
• 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
• ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (crushed)
• 2 miced Green chilli
• ½ cup chopped Cilantro
• 1 beaten Egg
Method :

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry onion until transparent.
Mix fried onion with chicken, soaked bread, cheese, garlic, red pepper flakes, green chilli, cilantro and egg in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well and shape the mixture into balls.
Deep fry the balls on medium heat until it become brown.
Serve hot with sauce as you like.
